The worst dentist i ever seen, she don’t care about the client she Just looking for money, she’s so rude they speak with their language in front of me and laughing it was not comfortable at all , she dont speak to you or explain anything. I came to her for a dental filling but she filled three teeth without asking me ,i was surprised when her receptionist told me to pay for three teeth When I returned home, I felt terrible pain for a whole month .After that
I called her to find out the cause of the pain, and she told me to come again and i wish I hadn’t come back.
she told me you need a root canal i was like Why you didn’t do that in the first place? But ofcourse she want more money, so I did the root canal treatment but I still have a toothache ,I can’t sleep at night, I took the medicine like candy.
I consult two dentists, both of them told me the same thing.
Instead of removing the wisdom tooth, she filled it up and about the root canal treatment of the other tooth, it was not good at all, both dentists told me that she left a broken instrument inside and I need to see a specialist.she is a scammer she takes my money but she offered me just pain ,i still suffering from teeth pain i will never come back to this clinic that for sur.

I had a bad experience with the lady dentist in this dental clinic. I was feeling good last July 2022 when I walked through this clinique for a cleaning and possibly a filling of my old tooth with amalgam, if needed. After the cleaning the dentist started poking my tooth with amalgam if it hurt. It hurts because she poked it quite hard and I said yes. Then she started the cleaning for filling procedure and I cannot bear the pain and I said I do not want to continue. She was upset and not a word she left me on the chair and said something in Vietnamese I guess to her assistant and I was directed to the lobby and should pay. I was not cleaned of whatever she put on my mouth so I asked for a water to gurgle. Not enough water for a gurgle so I proceeded to the toilet and make some. Since that incident my mouth is hurting and until now there are lesions inside the walls of my mouth. Now its hurting bad and getting serious. I am worried this could lead to serious condition. I do not recommend this old lady dentist for anyone.

They’ve been our dentist for over 5 years now. They tell you one price on the phone and another at your appointment. They gave me a root canal and not even two weeks later I have a whole in my tooth and they wanted to charge me for it when it was supposed to cover. When they removed my wisdom tooth over the phone it was approximately 200$ and it turned to 400$ out of no where. They have no shame speaking in Chinese in front of you during your entire service even if it’s an hour. I felt quite uncomfortable not knowing what they’re saying. The front desk agent is dressed like a child instead of dressing professionally like her peers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST GO ELSEWHERE ON COTE DES NEIGES. THERE’S BETTER DENTISTS.
