I hate to do that, but after expressing my dissatisfaction about the treatment I received (went for a very specific tooth pain, but I was treated for an irrelevant to the problem cavity) I was hoping we can come down to an agreement, but this didn’t seem to be the case.

The cavity filling they did to me seems ok (haven’t stressed tested it though, since I still have to eat on the other side since my original pain is still there…).

The problem is that on my first visit, even if I explained what the problem was, the x rays they took were irrelevant to my original problem…So going there on my second appointment I’m like : “Excuse me but are we working on that tooth?? My pain is more on the back”. So they had to do more x rays After all that and with minimal testing around the affected tooth, the dentist told me she couldn’t take care of it cause it was out of her expertise and that I should better go see a specialist. At the same time though she stuck with her original plan to fill my cavity on the irrelevant tooth and as a result I ended up paying a bunch of money and leaving that place having exactly the same issue as when I first came in!

Now you tell me, would you be satisfied if you were in my shoes? Lost time and money and the end result had zero effect on my actual problem I don’t know about you but that’s definitely a no, no for me

I am still open to discussion and willing to change my review if my issue gets resolved!

Note: When we spoke on the phone the dentist assured me she did the best she could and didn’t over treat or under-treat me. But let’s be honest results talk for themselves… When coming in with a problem and leaving with the same problem, I don’t know if it’s over or under, but that’s definitely not the correct treatment.

After moving in the area I decided it would be much more convenient if my dentist was within walking distance. After a few visits, I must say that I’m really glad I changed dental clinics. From the start, the staff at the front desk was very friendly, it was very easy to book an appointment and set up my file. The dentist and hygienists were also very helpful, and happy to answer any questions that I had. They were even able to use the x-rays and results that I had sent over from my former dentist. I also really like that they send everything electronically, saves me the time of having to scan everything (and saves the paper). The only thing I miss for my old dental clinic is that they had a recycling drop off for toothpaste tubes, toothbrushes, flossers and all other dental items. It would be great if Dentwest got a similar service.

Dr Javid Musevi is the best. I highly recommend my dentist for anyone seeking exceptional care and a trustworthy professional. Moreover, his team and reception staffs are always approachable, friendly, and treat me in a warm and welcoming manner. Overall, he is not just a great dentist but also a wonderful human being, and I am grateful to be under his care. I only worry if he retires where else I can find such a great dentist.
