I went for two cleanings before moving out of the area and finding a new dentist.
Warm interior and the receptionist was great and very welcoming! My first appointment went well and the actual dentist made a good first impression.
Giving a low review due to my second appointment : the hygienist that treated me was a different one and she was horrible. She was super rough and going fast like she was in a hurry. On several occasions, she scratched my gums. I am used to slight pain during cleanings but never had one that hurt this bad – to the point there were tears rolling down my cheeks!
I knew I was leaving so decided not to say anything. However, they just reached out a second time saying I am due for a cleaning after already letting them know I have moved and cancelling my 3rd cleaning months ago.
Would be a nice clinic if all appointments were like the first – DO NOT RECOMMEND!
My appointment from 1:30 to 2:30 today didn’t go as expected. Despite arriving on time, I ended up waiting alone in the room for 45 minutes after anesthesia without any explanation. The dentist started my filling but abruptly left in the middle without any reason given. I asked the assistant where the dentist went, but she didn’t know.
Moreover, there was visible tension and arguing between the dentist and a new assistant during the process, which made me feel uneasy. The long wait and confusing situation made the visit unpleasant. They need better communication and organization.
Shoutout to the amazing team of doctors, dental assistants, receptionist!
They are doing an amazing job, very well trained and very professional, wait times are very low or even non existent, very fast, quick and efficient.
Special credit to the wonderful staff: from pascal, to rahaf, doctor Sofia that did all my decays, doctor Ghayeni that did all 4 wisdom extractions in a single session within one hour! Felt no pain after!!!
