Comforting professionalism in an age of rudeness, indifference and crassness. Regardless of age, language, gender or cultural identity, despite the stress of dental procedures in general, this experience is as good as it can be and it includes reassurance, pertinent explanations – in at least the French and English languages – and other teaching moments along the procedural way. During my two visits, first the initial Xrays and straight-forward cost evaluations (with charts) of my two stuck-in roots, to my extraction day, I found myself in a pleasant, caring family atmosphere, with smiling serene professionals with absolutely no hurried agenda but to accompany me through the ordeal. Thank you Dr. Ratte and Sarah for your team effort. As a 77-year old, suspicious of govs, multi-nationals, political agendas, banks, etc. it was a revealing experience to be dealt with individually and respectfully again. Cheers and bonne continuite to all of you including future generations who will seek this kind stable reliance for their dental needs, for the entire family.

I am blessed and lucky for having found Dr Ratte who performed my upper dental implant last week. I cracked a tooth on a olive pit while away for a week in Florida months ago and that was the end of that tooth. Extraction and bone graft and last week the implant. I cannot say enough positive about my experience through this whole process. I didn’t feel a thing during the implant surgery or after the procedure. Actually I almost fell asleep. Thank you for making this the best experience having an implant could be!
