Reviews:
Paying the bill, the lady at the desk had help from her colleague next to her for she outloud announced how tired she was and made multiple errors on the invoice. I asked for the insurance coverage to be applied she told me I had to do it from home which was fine so I paid in full (around 800$) only to find out they forwarded a claim to be paid from my insurance after I paid everything already. They cashed the cheque!! Talk about fraud.
I called many times and still not resolved. My insurance didn’t cover the codes they gave me either, and the dentist says they made an error and made the appointment with a specialist instead of regular dentist so it’s not covered and more expensive. The dentist refuses to amend their codes since the service was already performed and that will be fraud they said, I never asked for a specialist, and since when in a dentist can you pay first!!!??? Either way I cannot contest, i suppose. What kind of terrible service is this?
The root canal treatment I got there was a hack job. The endodontist who did the “re-treatment” could barely believe how bad the job was: there was a full canal entirely untreated!
Good thing my new dentist saw the infection, since it would have easily evolved in an abscess.
The crown they did for me didn’t last 6 years, when the industry standard is 10 or more. They refused to replace it.
(RE: their reply. I didn’t go back to visit them because they completely broke my confidence in them during my last appointment, including issues around patient consent.)
