Im going to start by saying im a low income individual therefore planing ahead is very important to me. That’s why when I called to get a price on a single tooth extraction I was told between 165 to 205 max. Cool so book an appointment show up to the appointment de dentist ask me what are you here for? I tell her a single tooth extraction she is like ok cool she brings me in the room to take an xray…. Go back to the other room ONLY AFTER doing xray she tells me oh the total comes to 400$. At this point I’m in total shocked I don’t have double the amount she mention to get my tooth extracted. So I tell dentist I’m not doing it I don’t have 400$ to remove one tooth. So I’m still in pain I’ve lost half of a day of wage and get that dentist charges me 100 for the xray I never asked them for. I’m beyond displease with the service they never offered me anyway I did dodge a bullet by learning my lesson now, instead of later with a bigger price So I’m warning anyone if you don’t want overprice surprise charges and being charges for something you never asked for please look around and avoid this dentist at all cost. I have also been in touch with ordre des dentists in order to rectifies this preventible situations

I will begin by saying that I am a bit of a perfectionist. I have high expectations and in general, I’m kinda hard to please (What fun, I know!) That said, it is without hesitation that I give Dr. Chloe Pfahl THE PERFECT rating. The work she performed for me (multiple crowns) was truly without fault. First and foremost, she is respectful and courteous and every appointment was right on time. She is an attentive listener, willing and able to address any and all concerns. She is notably conscientious and diligently hardworking. In addition, all members of her staff are a direct reflection of Dr. Pfahl’s high standard of professionalism. Thank you to each and every one of you for making this experience truly a delight.

Dr Pfahl is an excellent Dentist!!! The first time I saw her I was filled with anxiety. Like many people….I don’t love the dentist. It generally gave me an overwhelming amount of anxiety. I have visited the clinic 4 times now and thanks to her understanding approach I am now able to sit in the chair virtually anxiety free. The last appointment she even gave me some advice on a music selection to listen to during the procedure. She cares about her patients. I am so thankful.
