Office are polite, fast and friendly – which is great!
I went in to get a filling and the Dentist put EXTRA freezing WITHOUT telling me.
I left the filling and was wondering when the freezing would subside. The freezing lasted 8 HOURS and the next morning my jaw is in pain, I can barely open my mouth to eat.
I called back the morning after to see if this was normal and the receptionist said the freezing would normally wear off in 4 hours. She checked with the dentist and she said he gave me additional freezing because I was *nervous*?? I didn’t feel nervous?? Why would you not tell me that?!…I’m just disappointed by the lack of communication.
I visited Clover Hill Dental Clinic today for a teeth cleaning appointment with Dr Melissa, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Dr Melissa’s professionalism and expertise were outstanding. She provided a thorough cleaning and took the time to explain the importance of each step. Her efficiency was remarkable, not a second wasted. I highly recommend Clover Hill Dental Clinic for their exceptional service, especially Dr Melissa’s stellar care.
The men and women at Clover Hills Dental are a dedicated team of professionals who genuinely care for their clients. I would recommend them to anyone who’s had bad experiences with a dentist in the past.
