Reviews:
Tried going a few times. Had them cancel an appointment last minute on me once. Fine, it happens. But when I do get in for a cleaning, they are disastrously disorganized, staff are complaining to me that they’ll have to work through through their lunch to complete my scheduled cleaning. They tried, on two separate occasions, to get me to leave mid appointment and come back another time to finish up. I take time off work to come in for a cleaning, I expect that my time will be respected, and a professional service will be provided. But that has not been my experience here.

From the first visit where they get you to fill out a form that is simply trying to determine what extras they can sell you (spoiler alert, they really want to sell you invisilines even though you repeatedly tell them you’re not interested), to the lack of professionalism, there is no way I’m going back. Wife tried them as well, and had the same problems with her appointments.

I moved to another clinic, politely informed Clover Crossing that I had moved on to another dentist and they continue to pester me to come in for cleanings. I have told them multiple times that I’m done with them and they still text and call. Guess I’ll try being a little more rude about it.

The clinic was good several years ago (I gave it five-Star when taking surveys from the insurance companies several years ago. ). While in recent years, the new receptionists lack training on how to check patients’ insurances. They over-claimed, set up appointments to give services that are not coved by the insurances but tell patients the services will be coved by insurances. After patients are persuaded to accept the services, they ask patients to pay.
I am looking for a new dentist because mine retired. I dropped in and asked if I could make an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Popatia. A patient I met said she is an excellent dentist. The office staff was very helpful and said if I could wait for a few minutes the doctor would see me. I met Dr. Popatia and discussed my need for a crown. I was impressed, I got an estimate and decided I would see her as my new dentist.Susan
