Front desk lady is very rude. Telling me that my dentist does not want to see me because I was late from the rainy, and busy roads even though I’ve had an urgent case, and the fact that I have been a client for so long. Although I’m very heartbroken by how unwelcome I felt as a teenage girl who was quite excited to get this fixed with my doctor but hearing that tone from the front desk lady and what my initial doctor had said was very unpleasant and I hope no one gets to experience that. Do better. She didn’t even try to be nice or re schedule, I’m very disappointed.
Having had a previous career in the dental field I am very particular about the dental work I have done. As I have known the entire team at Clyde Dental for over twenty years I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to this team for any and all of their oral health needs. I look forward to many more years of continued care, treatment and yes the odd lecture from my favorite hygienist to spend more time with my Waterpik. Congratulations on the new office and location!
I had not been to a Dentist in a long time and I am so happy I chose Clyde Dental. The whole team is absolutely fantastic! I had called around other clinics and within a minute of talking to Mel, I knew this was the clinic for me. At my appointment, I had the most detailed, most informative and honestly the BEST dental visit of my life thanks to Dr. Sheila, Sarah,Erin and Mel. Keep up the great work!
