Reviews:
Since the takeover from an independent to bhandal dental group this practice has progressively gone down hill.

Its clear than bhandal are not focused on the patient or the patient’s best interests & more focused on financial aspect.

This practice currently has one dentist operating one day per week. Even for an emergency appointment its a minimum of three month’s. If the surgery is busy the phone is taken off the hook and ignored for hours/day’s

Contacted another local practice which were taking on new NHS patients. They fitted me in the same day as a new patient, the service and care far exceeded previous services of bhandal dental group.

If your in a bind, ring round and find a better service. at bhandal surgeries will be advised poor information by the dentist just to get you in/out quicker for higher profit margins.

Has gone from a great dental surgery to the worst, if I could rate this practice 0 stars I would.

I had a filling & still hurting, go back for the 2nd time & still hurt. He re filling again today & again, I kept saying it’s still too high but he’s carried on & says if he’s cutting more again to make it right it’s gonna be sensitive tooth again like the last time. All I want is just listen what I feels. Now I’m in pain, can’t eat as my filling too high. Went to other dentist (same Bhandal) because they’re closed last month. They didnt help at all. Today, they’re opened but my tooth is still in pain. I don’t know what should I do? Should I go back again or find other dentist to fix my tooth. I’m so frustrated
If I could leave this dental practices I would, but unfortunately it is now near impossible to get registered to other NHS dental practices. The actual dentist was okay, however he told me that I needed two fillings and a replacement crown. Rather than initially offering to do the treatment on the NHS he tried to get my to pay to get it done privately. Absolute disgusting behaviour. I also wasn’t completely happy with the dental nurses bedside manner, who came across quite abrupt with the dentist and was banging and crashing about in the background whilst I was talking to the dentist. NOT A NICE DENTAL PRACTICE.
