I made an appointment over the phone and received an email confirmation. I arrived at the centre for my appointment and was told I would have to pay as they no longer do bulk billing. I advised reception that upon booking the appointment I was not advised of any fees or told there is no longer bulk billing. I tried to login to my bank on my phone to transfer money to pay for the doctor. However as there was a global IT issue I could not login. I tried to explain this to reception however the young woman told me I had to pay. I tried to explain the situation however the receptionist kept interrupting me and told me I was giving her a hard time and yelling at her. I told her I was not yelling but just trying to explain the situation. The receptionist then told me my appointment was cancelled and I was forced to leave the centre.
My recommendation is to not go to this centre EVER. The staff are rude, unreasonable and have absolutely no empathy or compassion.
Avoid this place at all costs and let everyone you know what a horrible centre this is.
If I could give it negative stars I would.
AVOID THE CENTRE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

There is a very good reason this medical practice has a below 2% rating.

As an existing patient with my details recorded on file, I called up to book a Telehealth appointment to get a basic prescription renewal which had expired. Was on hold for ages then told by a rude receptionist that because I have not had an appointment in over 12 months, I had to come in person. Presently sick with a severe case of influenza A, I explained that needed a telephone appointment as I was too unwell to attend in person as well as being contagious and a health hazard to the Doctor and other patients alike.

After arguing and utter bureaucracy , they finally agreed to make the Telehealth appointment for me and given me a window of 7-11pm to be on standby for the Doc to call. No Doctor called. I followed up again the following day and was given the same excuse and told that they will consult with someone and get back to me. And nothing.

So, I am very sick. Still no prescription and in limbo.

For a business, whose entire focus is supposed to be on health – this medical facility should be shut down for malpractice.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If there was a 0 star option I would be selecting that!

Booked a telehealth appointment and was told I would get a call between 5-9pm. Call at 9:30pm to be told it’s between 7-11pm
Call again at 10:30pm after being on hold for 25mins to be told the doctor called and it was the wrong number.
The lady confirmed my number which was correct.

When one is sick, you just want to rest, not be up all night waiting for a call that won’t happen.

This place is a joke!
