RUDE and Worst reception staff, not listening properly and refusing to give appointment to patient, she don’t Know the situation of patient and asking me to apologise otherwise she don’t want to give me appointment, she hold me for 30 mints on reception and after I apologise her she book me in. I request the clinic management Please take action against her as she very rude with me. Time 1:15 pm date 23 September 2022..
I would let future users aware that the staff is nothing less than a worst i ever experience; rude staff ; finding ways to humiliate the customer; ending up in cancellation of my son circumcision just because of misbehaved staff and get a refund ; luckly they did that which indicates how concern they are with the customer so think 1000 times before getting an appointment with these usless creaps
Lazy Receptionists and Gps. They have no respect of patients time. All they good at is flirting with each others. Saw one Gp talking to receptionists for 40 minutes and then went back to his office
