The place is comfortable and clean. They often have reasonably close time slots to book an appointment, they behave kindly, and they do well with kids.

Unfortunately, there are some concerns:
Some things that should be communicated to the patient aren’t communicated until it’s too late.
The front may reassure that your situation is okay when it’s not, leaving you stuck with the problem when it’s too late to back out.
The front has a tenancy to blame the patient for problems.
They’re constantly trying to upsell, even after explicitly being told no.
Most of their hygienists range from questionable to okay. My personal favourites have moved on.
The questionable ones tend to rush and stab tongues and gums. I’m not sure if they still work there.

My husband & I had the best experience visit with Dr. Emad. He is an excellent professional dentist. Dr. Emad did explain perfectly with all possible solution, he is so excellent in what he is doing with the best team. Janice, she is an excellent coordinator at College Manor clinic for arranging the best availability for our appointments. I strongly recommend this dental office! Thank you Dr. Emad & Janice.

My daughter and I recently moved to this dentist office and we love it here, the staff is so nice and welcoming. 5 stars for Janice, thank you for making us feel so welcomed! The dental hygienist that cleaned our teeth took there time with us, was gentle and made nice conversation, the dentist also treated us with kindness. Highly recommend this dental office.
