Reviews:
The front desk is awful. I had surgery last week and a complication arose. So I called Tuesday to speak to whoever did the surgery on me and she stated to come in Thursday in the morning, mind you I didn’t catch her name. I call yesterday to confirm and a voice-mail states they are closed due to the weather, which I understand. So I called today and they’re still closed. I call again before they close just to make sure, because this is serious, it’s surgery. The front desk lady answers and immediately sounds agitated. I tell her what happened and she just goes “Come in tomorrow and proceeds to tell me the hours” which I already know. So I proceed to say, you didn’t understand me mam, I had a complication and was told to come in today so who do I see tomorrow?? Whole time, she didnt ask me for my name or birthday to at least look up my information? She then states “it’s a walk in clinic. Walk in.” So I ask her, am I going to have to pay $70 again and miss a day of work just for you to not know and not even care to look me up? She then goes ” I don’t know. I don’t know what happened.” Mam, I’m telling you what happened. The customer service is so effin ridiculous. I’m asking questions because I don’t know and you not wanting to be there is not helping anyone. Please seek a different profession.
The staff was kind BUT the experience was overshadowed by the fact that they sent me home from surgery without addressing my large, infected abscess OR antibiotics. When I advocated for myself & asked if I needed more care/medicine, the resident treated me as if he was offended that I questioned him & I was a drug-seeking patient. The cherry on top was the fact that I had this emergency surgery as Tropical Storm Debby was due for landfall, so if I did require more care/meds, I could not seek treatment. I ended up having to wait until the abscess had enlarged down my neck close to my windpipe until I could get it drained & receive major antibiotics & pain meds. If you go, advocate for yourself & ask for the attending physician/dentist if you are not comfortable. Also, I have written & called multiple times with no response.
Well I’m a hemophiliac so I have to go here but I joined that club thing, so I could afford, they tell me how much , I get the money out of 401K , paid all along , then voila I now need oral surgery, get it ,so now ready for my eaters and 3 months after a 52,000 dollar oral surgery, they call me , I just knew I was getting my new teeth, but Dr .
didn’t know I had the surgery and tells me , I need a 5000 dollar procedure, I got up, knew I was getting hosed, and left, still gumming everything , now worried about stomach probs. Later
