They are not even a one start more like no starts! This is the worst place if you can go anywhere else please do. When we first went there we decided to get braces for my husband and it was the biggest mistake we ever made! That was 3 years ago and my husband still has his braces on!!! 3 months into my husband a Having the braces on we paid in full the amount of money that our insurance did not cover. The clinic kept on asking for money from us. I asked for a print out of what was owed and it took them 5 more months to print it out for us! The staff does not know how to fill out any paperwork, they submitted dental work for my husband to our insurance that he’s never got and they did the service on another client. When we confronted them about it they said it was an ” accident”. When Covid happen the closed and when they opened they did not let us know! My husband was supposed to get his braces off in March! So when they called us it was October! By then his braces where on for to long with out being looked at. So they told us that he needed 2 months and that they will call us to schedule the next appointment. They never did! And November came I called and they told me the orthodontist had left early that day will see my husband next month in December. December comes and we go in for the appointment and there’s a sign on the door that says to call a different facility so we call and we were informed that the orthodontist no longer works at this establishment. So now we have to drive all the way to Carson because the owner of Colton dental fired the orthodontist without letting any of his patients know. This is the worst Dental clinic that I have ever been to please go somewhere else it is not worth the hassle and the time

Went in for tooth pain. Was informed I needed a Root Canal. Dentist wanted to do procedure right away. I inquired about taking antibiotics before they do any work because I felt it was infected. Got major push back but eventually they gave me medication for it. Appointment made 1 week after. Come appointment time they refused service and sent me to another Dentist office. I’ve been going here for over 15 years and since they’re under new management they cannot find any of my old records and are practicing using shady tactics involving a really incompetent office manager who has no clue what she’s doing. This practice is horrific and you should stay away as I’m planing on suing them for malpractice.

I took my daughter for her first dental check up. I arrived early knowing that I will have to fill out paperwork. when I went in there was only 1 person waiting. I signed in, filled out there paperwork. I noticed that the waiting room got some more patients. Then my daughter was complaining about how long more. I asked the receptionist how much longer. She said 1 more person. but I noticed that all the patients that came after I did. Were already being seen. So I decided to go elsewhere. I believe they should have had better sense about first come first serve. I had an appointment. I do not recommend any one to go to this place.
