I recently visited Columbia Prime Dental for my dental needs, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendly staff. The ambiance of the office was calming, which immediately put me at ease.

Dr. Tchakarova is not only highly skilled but also incredibly caring. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the treatment options available to me. Her expertise and attention to detail instilled confidence in me throughout the entire process.

The dental treatment itself was practically painless and performed with precision. Dr. Tchakarova ensured that I was comfortable at all times and checked in with me regularly to make sure I was doing okay. The level of care and dedication they demonstrated truly exceeded my expectations.

Furthermore, the clinic is equipped with state -of-the-art technology, which further enhances the quality of care provided. It’s evident that Dr. Tchakarova and her team are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Great experience today as usual. Dr. T, Zachary, Lianna, the whole office is a joy! With one notable (and rare) exception today. The hygienist was slamming my gums while flossing me at the end of the cleaning. I asked her to stop ! She said something to the effect of “that’s so strange because I’m so gentle” to which I did not know how to respond because TODAY it was NOT gentle. I’ve had tight teeth all my life and have always been amazed at how hygienists were able to magically and gently slide that floss between my teeth with such ease, never slamming into my gums (unlike me). NEVER have I felt the floss hit my gums like this by a hygienist. I’m sure it was just the aligning of the stars today because it’s never happened before – here or anywhere else. I highly recommend this practice!!

I love this place! The hygienist ,Senna, was great. She didn’t hurt me during x-rays (everyone else has). She did a thorough cleaning and was kind and personable. Dr.T was also great,her personality makes me chuckle. She’s very matter-of-fact and a little sarcastic,like me. The guy at the front desk is also really cheerful and makes you feel good even when you don’t feel well or it’s raining cats and dogs outside. Overall this is what a dentist office should be like. Nobody actually WANTS to go to the dentist but this office is definitely one you look forward to for the pleasant vibes alone,clean office and equipment, service is high quality and work ethic is top notch as well.
