I have received treatment recently on two occasions at the Eirlys dental practice. Both dentists who saw me were polite,friendly and professional. However, as we all know, first impressions count and as a person who was anxious and in pain on both visits I simply have to mention the warm, friendly, polite and professional greeting which I received from a lovely young lady receptionist called Shannon. Along with Hayley, Shannon was more than helpful and put me at ease. I actually look forward to my next appointment due to Shannon and Hayley. Both ate a credit to the practice.

As a very anxious person I visited the dentist as an emergency with my son. Spoke to Sue and she made me an emergency appointment. The staff go above and beyond for you and without doubt the best practice I have ever used. I saw DR Ana and she is absolutely lovely, not only am
I out of pain but I can now smile again with confidence. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Lovely helpful staff and so friendly while also being very professional.

I visited the practice as an emergency & would like to thank Sue for encouraging me to make the appointment. I’m not a fan of dentists but she gave me the courage to book it.
The staff on reception are kind & friendly as was Ana the dentist & Chloe the dental nurse who both put me at ease.
If like me you are a little scared of making an appointment this is the place to go.
