Was charged $94.11 which was taken out of a $700.00 deposit I had with them, but when I asked (called and emailed) for a receipt of these charges for my records, no one can seem to produce a receipt. I am a long term client who always pays my balance after EVERY visit! I was told on MAY 14th 2024 by Jessica, through email, that she would look into this matter and get back to me. I have emailed several times since with no response! If the charge for $94.11 was LEGITIMATE then why is providing a receipt so difficult? I just want an itemized receipt like the one I usually receive at the end of every procedure or my $94.11 returned to me! This behavior from them is so shady!!
The whole staff is always kind and professional. The building inside is always clean, light and airy. Very welcoming. My dental assistant is always professional, kind, speaks clearly in explaining everything they were going to do, BEFORE he does. Always asking if I’m alright with a stupendous bedside manner. The provider is the same. Kind, professional and explains everything he doing, when and where and what tool and why. I’ve been going to this dental office for a few years now. Will continue to do so and recommend to anyone who needs a gental professional. Good job as always.

My situation was not an easy one. I had to have several teeth extracted, and I had to have deep cleaning. My doctor was excellent. Doctor Ho is so careful as to not hurt you when he’s giving you the shot to numb you or anything else that could possibly hurt you. He’s a very gentle soul and I appreciate all his hard work that he’s done in my mouth and I promise to take care of it so it doesn’t get in that condition again. Their staff is lovely and friendly and always says hello and goodbye and have a good weekend. So if you need a dentist this clinic in Dr. Ho are the ones to go to?
