Reviews:
I happened to need a last minute appointment near Fairwood, and this was the first clinic to show up. Their hours are very flexible and it was easy to schedule over the phone as a new patient! Their new patient forms are online with easily navigable user interface.

When I arrived, they were able to squeeze me several minutes early than my scheduled appointment due to last minute cancellation. The person who took care of me was Vika (Victoria). I immediately felt welcomed and nonjudged. She was extremely kind, professional, and quickly helped me feel at ease in a new office. It was notable that while she was obtaining my X-rays and intraoral pictures, she knew I had sealants and a history of grinding from brief visual inspection. She was thorough and succinct in her explanation of procedures and did well managing my expectations of what we had time for during the appointment. She explained her reasoning for timing of repeat exams and cleanings very well and she helped me feel reassured by my oral hygiene progress. She also took time to show me the pictures she took of my teeth and gums and explained clearly my current condition and risks of avoiding certain brushing/flossing habits.

Dr. Reed Lederman also took care of me, and he had a very inviting presence. He explained several different procedures to me including treatment for TMJ, preventive measures for grinding, and Icon Resin Infiltration, in an informative and collaborative rather than marketing manner. He frequently paused after each explanation to allow me to ask questions as well as asked whether I wanted more information. He clearly explained timeliness for procedures and his reasoning for the order of treatments/preventive measures. He was very kind and forthcoming, and worked with me to come up with a reasonable financial plan with his team when it was unclear whether my insurance would allow for a certain procedure. I greatly appreciate his patient-centered approach!

Everyone I encountered during my first visit truly impressed me. Everyone is highly skilled, informed, and very kind! I’m so happy I found this clinic, but am sad I will need to move to another in a couple of months for work! If I could, I would absolutely continue with this clinic and team long-term.

Thank you. 🙂

While the staff was friendly I felt extremely rushed, i had a lot of little cavities that needed to be filled got hurt a couple of times by the tools they didn’t really say anything and since then have had issues with my teeth and in less than 6 months one of the fillings out, I told them my bite didn’t feel right, went in to have it fixed they ground off more on my teeth than I wanted and it doesn’t match what my natural bite was, now it’s pushing on my front teeth, I feel like they care more about how many patients they get in and out then what the patient is actually going through or what they actually want done, felt really rushed. I will be finding a new dentist to fix what they did because I don’t trust them enough to go back there, oh and one of the first things they did upon meeting me was try to get me to get Botox because I said I get headaches sometimes… I understand that does work for migraines but this is a dentist office, it was weird
I initially had no issues with my teeth, but the dentist recommended replacing all my fillings. I trusted their advice and had 12 fillings replaced over two appointments. While the staff was nice, the experience was a nightmare. I suffered from intense pain for weeks, couldn’t sleep or eat, and lost weight. The dentist also struggled to get my bite right, leading to five additional visits for adjustments. Despite the friendly staff, I regret trusting this dentist and wouldn’t recommend their services due to the ongoing discomfort I’m still facing.
