We took my sister in for an emergency visit. They said to go ASAP before 10am. We were there for 1 1/2hrs while they let WALK INS go before her. She developed Bals Palsy prior due to her back teeth. Nobody came out to check on her. We kept reminding them she was an emergency patient, yet they kept telling us there were people with appointments before her that were again walk-ins. They also put her down as a walk-in we found out. We tried to communicate with them and alerted the staff she was feverish, but the staff kept her waiting so long we left. Patients beware. If you have an emergency, DO NOT GO TO THIS PARTICULAR COMFORT DENTAL. Terrible and unexcusable staff!!! I will be telling family and friends not to waste their time like they’ll waste yours.

Would NEVER recommend Comfort Dental. Extremely disappointed. Had teeth removed for dental appliance. Was told twice to pay EVERYTHING upfront. Utilized husbands complete dental benefits and placed balance on credit card. Made second and third appointment and showed taking the time off work. When we got there was told no, sorry, not everything ready. Did NOT call me and reschedule. Husband noted cleanliness wasn’t as clean as one would think. After eventually all work complete was sent a bill for $215.00 additionally. No explanation at all why the additional cost. When we told them we paid everything up front they told us if we did not pay the extra bill they would turn it over to collections. People, think before considering Comfort Dental.

I came in to have a broken wisdom tooth removed. They met with me, and asked me what my concerns/goals were, and they got to work quickly . Between the exam ( I was not a patient here ), the estimate, and the removal, I was in and out in 45min. They were very professional, courteous, and to the point. $120 w/o insurance after everything was said and done ( I was told price for the extraction would be between 100-300 +/-, plus the $20 exam, so your price may vary based on initial exam ).
Final note, I do not have any anxiety with the dentist, so for someone with high anxiety, I can not speak to what accommodations ( if any ) they can make if this is the case for you.
