Coming from a patient (10 years with them) Make sure to check your own insurance and bring all verified payment info. I had a new insurance company and told them I was not interested in keeping my appointment if there was no coverage. I asked them if I could call while there and the front desk girl assured me she would handle . I waited for them to verify prior to me being seen that day. The front desk assured me there was coverage for today’s appointment and I paid the difference of flouride which was not covered. Later to find out their team made a mistake. They were not willing to work with me on a cleaning visit. Mind you I have been a patient of there’s for over 10 years. They would not come down from their $294 cleaning price to work with me on their insurance mistake. As I clearly stated I would not be seen if there was no coverage. Following this, I asked the office manager if they would work with me on the cost. Nope. And they sent my bill to collections. What great customer service after being a patient there for over 10 years. Loyalty means nothing to this practice. Don’t waste your time here there are other dentist office willing to work with you and the insurance you have.

The team was very kind and thorough in explaining their exam findings, recommended treatments, and the value of dental hygiene for overall health.

The setting was relaxed and comfortable, and they even had a sweet poodle in the waiting room.

I normally procrastinate on dentist visits because I feel guilty about regularly being told I need to floss better, etc. But on my first visit to Comfortable Care, I found the team encouraging and nonjudgmental while still clear about what challenges I needed to focus on and why.

The staff regularly asked if I was doing ok or had questions. They showed respect, patience and empathy throughout the process. They were all professional and friendly.

The team also has some interesting teaching tools, like a scanning instrument that produces a 3D representation of your teeth that the staff can rotate to point out areas they are working on.

The tooth-repair work recommended to me there was not cheap, but I suspect it wouldn’t have been cheap anywhere. And they were very up-front about the costs.

Overall, I would highly recommend this office based on my first visit.

Dr. LoSecco is amazing. I had very severe crooked teeth forever. A number of dentists in New England told me the only way to straighten them was to pull a tooth and insert permanent braces for at least two years. I didn’t want the pain or have the feeling that something was permanent in my mouth, causing a panic attack. When I moved to Florida, I visited my aunt’s dentist, Dr. LoSecco. She had no problem using Invisalign, which I always felt that I would do in a heartbeat. So a year later, my crooked teeth are straight. I am so thrilled. Dr. LoSecco is highly professional, and as you can see, over the top competent.
