I would definitely say that this is such a great dentist that I have been to, I never have been to any other one and I probably wouldn’t be able to find one that is good as this one. All the people that has and have work there and is apart in the Dental clinic health care team in Commercial station has done an absolute great job, I’m very pleased and happy with every appointment I have gone to!!! All the receptionist, dentists, dentist specialist, dental assistant, dental hygienists and everyone else gives so much effort and care to people not only with our teeth and gums but also with communication and allowing them to feel comfortable. I would also say how I love the chairs and the way it is so organized when I walk in and I definitely love while you are getting your teeth cleaned, there is a nice view. I love talking to many of the dentist and saying hello and asking how they are doing :)) I have seen many great qualities such as patience, organization, attention to detail, I would definitely like to say thank you to this dental Centre, because without them my teeth would have gone really bad and I would have many many cavities and rotting teeth. They are really good when it comes to communication as they respond very well, and if you have a specific day and time you would only be available for that date, they will make time for you.

Last year, I went there for a dental emergency and the front desk told me it requested for many procedures that cost individually. Some of them are under cover, some of them are not. I told them that I cannot afford the few of them. Therefore I don’t want to continue. However, the dentist might a good one or not, he took my teeth off without my authority to do all of the procedures which I told them that I cannot afford it at all. Then, I had been told that I have a giant bill need to pay in the front desk after finish it. Then, I went to another dental clinic, turns out not as super pricy as it suppose is. One of the procedures is the step before doctor can remove your broken teeth cost 500 ca which is not make sense at all after procedure which is also much pricy than they told me before doing it. Be aware of this clinic.

I have been at this dental office several times. Every time I was so wonderfully accommodated and felt at home. Dentists and staff are sooo nice and kind, and professional too. I am so glad I found this dental office.
Dr. Juliana Ng and Dr. Karen Tjaya did a great job and so did Melody and all the other staff, including assistant Carmen, Mellisa and lovely receptionists Kellen, Wendy and Michelle.
Customer service here is excellent.
Our community needs more people like them.
