Never had a negative experience at the dentist or orthodontist but after coming here that changed. The hygienist here are very hit or miss. First was good, second and third were very rough and uncomfortable and fourth was great. The dentist that comes from Vancouver who took out my wisdom teeth was great. The other one whose name I don’t know is very inattentive and honestly rude. I was also quoted lower than the service I paid for which included a visit from said dentist who acted as if this was a chore for him. I only came back to this dentist because I was in town for another appointment. Im not sure how this place could get so many 5-stars from “real patients”.

Such lovely people throughout the entire process! Easy and efficient and still make you feel like you’re their only client that day (even though I know they are very busy)!
They bill insurance companies directly, or at least mine, PBC, which is lovely.
Appointments are fairly easy to get and they are very understanding about rescheduling due to weather as I drive down from North Island.
I would recommend these guys to everyone!

My experience at the hands of Dr.Ben was better than I could have hoped for.
The main assets were:
1. Excellent communication & learning
of the process and tips for my dental
cleaning practises.
2. Reasonable decisions on surgical
actions to take or not during my
visit.
3. Calm humerous reassurance.

I will thoroughly recommend you to friends.
