My experience at Complete Family Dental was extremely disappointing. After my filling fell out, I requested a permanent filling but was offered a temporary one instead. When I expressed my concerns about the financial burden that temporary fillings and crowns would cause, the dentist informed me that they didn’t have time for a proper filling. He then abruptly left the room, leaving me still in the dental chair. Determined to find a resolution, I got up and asked for assistance from another dentist at the front desk, but my request was denied.
Feeling frustrated and with limited options, I decided to share my encounter online to express my dissatisfaction with their treatment. In response, the practice threatened to revoke our payment plan and send me to collections, fully aware of the financial hardships this would entail.
When I went to pay today and expressed how they threw me out on the day of my grandfather’s funeral and that last friday shortly after making a payment, they called back to tell me that if i did not pay the remainder by Tues they would send me to collections. The office manager showed a complete lack of empathy by callously stating that they didn’t care about any of my personal issues and suggesting, once again, that I should have settled for the temporary filling as a solution. People who hurt other people because they can, deserve to be made aware that they are in the wrong!
Such unprofessionalism and a clear lack of sympathy are deeply concerning. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding this dental practice at all costs.

I’ve been a patient here since 2015, I generally adore this dentist office. I’m always greeted and treated so nicely. I’m made very comfortable for all appts. They have quick response for questions, booking appts etc. Dr Crosby has been my dentist for years and I can not say a single bad thing about him. He’s changed my life so much, I suffer a severe auto immune disease that caused alot of damage to my real teeth. I decided on full dental implants, Dr Crosby made the experience nothing but amazing for me. He really eased my dental anxiety and made me confident in my smile again. I know im in good hands at complete family dentistry from the moment I walk in the door! I thank them from the bottom of my heart for everything they’ve done for me over the years! I’ve sent many of my friends there over the years, no other place I’d recommend. If you’re looking for a dental office that treats you amazing, offers you comfort and reduces your fear of the dentist this is definitely where you want to go.

The staff personality is usually great. I’ve had great experiences in feeling comfortable with these people. Now, someone I know is running into some issues recently. They were not helpful. They advertise on their website “all your dental needs under one roof” which is completely false. The moment you have any issues besides a typical cleaning, you are referred out to someone who they are in cahoots with and then it takes forever to see anyone. Even dental emergencies. I too also had to be referred out for some procedures but mine were not as major emergencies so I thought nothing of it. This place also advertises that they are more affordable. Also false. Still paying equal to or top dollar. There is nothing more “affordable” about this place. Just save yourself the stress, money, and hassle as you will be waiting months if you need any work done. Simply, just go somewhere else to fight for your own dental emergencies because it is starting to feel as if this place simply doesn’t care.
