If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ve been been seeing Dr. Hanle since I was a child. It’s been two years since my teeth were cleaned and granted I knew it was going to be around 300 because I went two months ago and it was 300 and two years before that it was 300. I walk in and they ask you to participate in sleep studies, they ask you to swab your mouth, trying to sell you stuff when I never had to deal with that. They wanted me to follow up two months later so I did. I got half of my mouth done, all I got was scraped, flossed and this pick that sprays water. She did some gum recession test on me, took an xray of one tooth, and cleaned half my mouth and wanted me to come a week later to do the other half. Mind you, when I went last time I had full x-rays and a deep cleaning on my whole mouth for 300 two years ago. For half my mouth and an x-ray on one tooth they wanted me to pay 975 dollars or something around there which I nearly fainted. They told me the other half of my mouth would be 700. This was absolutely ridiculous. And my teeth aren’t even bad! I’ve been going to doctor hanle for YEARS and I didn’t schedule the other half and I won’t. I’m very disappointed to say the least.
They replaced my crown, and did a fantastic job with it. Worked on it till it was just right. They have done four of my family’s dental care, and overall are the best dental experience I have had or my husband. Just a really kind group who always make you feel welcome. I avoided the dentist for a long time because of never having a good experience (sitting you down and ignoring you for an hour type stuff, or just rude and snarky) but they turned that around for us and we highly recommend them.
Excellent dental cleaning and exam experience. Lina is thorough and light-hearted as she does the dental cleaning. She is very thorough and gentle. Dr Hanle always checks you out and takes time to talk. Overall, good experience!
