Been a longtime patient with Ottley Family Dentistry and I have always had a positive experience here. The staff is friendly, from Becky at the front desk to the hygienist and Dr. Jeff. I had a broken tooth and filling, that occurred on my way to work, I called as soon as they opened and was given an appointment immediately. Within 2 hours after arriving, I was leaving and all of the work completed!! Dr. Jeff was scheduled to be away from office, but took time to fix my problems and never once did I feel like he was rushing to finish job. I consider Dr. Ottley and his staff to be as professional, kind and competent a practice one could hope for, and I had spent decades with others in both Pensacola and Milton before turning to his office. I know from experience now that he will go out of his way/schedule to help you if at all possible. I am grateful to have found them.

Was able to get my tooth out same day, not a super long wait. The dentist listened to what I had to say. It didn’t drain me dry with money to get my tooth removed or for the visit without insurance. The lady who checked me in was amazing. Super sweet, and she actually listened to me and helped me out. I can’t appreciate that enough.
