I brought my two children to this dental clinic for checkups and work on their teeth. I called today to book an appointment for my two children for checkups and was told that I owe outstanding fees for missed appointments. I have no record of the missed appointments (I did not make appointments and miss them to clarify), received no email or phone calls as reminders of appointments. I am meticulous with appointments and phone messages. There was also a “late” cancelation apparently that I would be charged for as well. The problem is that the missed appointments apparently occurred before my children had work done on their teeth, so why wasn’t I informed prior to the dental work appointment, why did I not receive any mail correspondence? Something seems very fishy about these fees that I supposedly owe. I will not be returning to this dental clinic.

Amazing and professional staff. Hygienist I had was extremely skilled and gentle, and the doctor is also fantastic. Put off going to the dentist for a while after moving to the province cause I’ve had difficulty finding a dentist that I really like in the past.
Overall very pleased and looking to continue being a patient here.
