Jonathan and his team are always so thorough! They do an amazing checkup and clean and always give great advice on regular upkeep and plenty of warning on what will need doing next, so no surprises.
The entire team are great with big chickens, that’s me, not the kids, Jonathan even uses a kids sized needle for me. The team are so gentle and friendly that my kids can’t understand why people are frightened of a dentist!
I moved away over 4 years ago and still travel an hour each way to see the team at Concord Dental Practice, a few hours driving is worth it for the fantastic service I receive.
I’ve been attending this practice for over 15 years and like a lot of people I had a fear of Dentists and would only go when it was an emergency. This practice is different in that they make you feel at ease and explain everything in a clear, concise and friendly manner that helps you handle your fear and understand what your issue is and how they’ll fix it. All staff are so pleasant and engaging. Thank you Dr Jonathan and Dr Kim without you I’d have no teeth. Totally recommend this practice as the best I’ve ever attended.
I really recommend this practice. Dr. Jonathan Tsun was very professional and took time to thoroughly explain what was going to happen and what to expect. The practice is clean and staff are welcoming. A plus was I was able to take my mind of being in the chair, as they provided me with noice cancelling headphones that I could listen to music with!
I definitely recommend this practice if you are looking for a new dentist.
