Turned up to discover usual dentist had moved. New dentist was incredibly rough with her implements and caused significant pain for my daughter, she cried in pain all the way to school. It was an horrendous experience!! Called the Practice Manager Bec. Her care factor was NIL, had a bad attitude. I said the absence of any apology or empathy is noted, she continued to have a rude tone. If she needs to be prompted for basic customer care, she’s never going to instil that in her staff. I explained why we wanted a 2nd opinion elsewhere, again she didn’t seem bothered.
