I was seen by a doctor and sent to get x-rays. Two days later still don’t know if I have a fractured bone. I called 3 times, left 2 messages. Third call I was told nurse and doctor are with patients. What? I am a patient too still waiting for a return call. Even on their messaging service it states “your call is important.” No it’s not my money is important.
This is the third time this clinique has rubbed my family the wrong way.
2nd time it took them a whole day to pit in my prescription to Frys. They want you to use their prescription services.
1st time is another Doctor kept pressuring my daughter for the HPV shot, finally my daughter broke down after 3 visits. The doctor even claimed it cured cancer. Again WHAT!.
So I’ll be looking else whet to take my family for their medical needs.

Very unprofessional. When HUMAN RESOURCES uses words like “squash” or “gain your anxieties in order” or threatens your position by asking “think about it, do you really want to be here?” Makes you realize that there is poor leadership here and these words are in the urban dictionary, please use your Masters Degree! When HUMAN RESOURCES
Allows other leadership to allow other employees to bad talk the company to new employees, thats a red flag. There’s no professionalism much less respect for employees feelings. I’m here for the poor elderly patients who know no better. God please watch over this company and make it better.

Worst place ever. It’s a huge fraud ring. Doing everything to take every dollar out of your pocket and do nothing in return. They won’t let you see the doctor for a health issue and do a annual physical at the same time. When you go back for you annual, they will charge you another visit. They don’t do x-rays, they don’t even draw blood for tests, you have to of site to another company. And then those companies charge you again. I have been there a half dozen times, not once have they ever got the billing correct and are always trying to steal my money for stuff that never happened. I’m done, never will I go back.
