Reviews:
I’ve received services from this dentist office for a few years. Mainly because my former dentist became out of network when my company’s insurance change. I’ve never had any issues prior until recently when I needed an emergency repair for a front partial. Overall the experience was very discouraging and not handled well. It took longer that it should have to fix the issue in comparison to repairs I’ve had in the past with other dentist offices. I tried to inform the staff that was assisting me, the partial did not look at it had before when it came from the lab the 1st and 2nd time. I was provided multiple excuses on why there was no need to send it back a 3rd time. I wear it daily therefore, I can clearly tell the difference. I was also informed multiple times while expressing the partial was not correct, and I quote, “We don’t know what you looked like before.” Which I find insulting as if I was probably someone who didn’t care for my teeth over the years. Not knowing the true nature of my situation. I will not return to this office again.
I have been at this office for only a year and I must say it was the worst experience I ever had. The first Dentist was very rude and aggressive I experienced a lot of pain with him. I called and ask to see another dentist since I had to go back to finish my treatment and I didn’t blame the office for his actions ( I paid in full is why I went back) The second dentist did a good job but not without sarcasm I had to tell him everything about me because they don’t read your file. I left that visit feeling like I had a target on my back for complaining about the first dentist. Unfortunately I had to go for some adjustment and the third dentist acted like I had a disease . So now I’m left with teeth not done correctly and anxiety. So sad that people are treated like this.
Everyone was very nice, loved the dental assistants. The dentist on the other hand did not like that I had kept having the feeling to swallow during a dental procedure. He kept stopping and just sitting there like I was a complete inconvenience to him. His assistant at the time even made a comment to me that he didn’t like that I kept having to swallow. In the end I had dental work that was not done correctly and still have pain due to what was not done correctly. The office did compensate for the issue which I absolutely appreciate. But the damage is done and now I have horrible anxiety going to another dentist. I just hope no one else has to feel like an inconvenience when paying to have their smiles worked on.
