My son had a filling completed by Copper Dental just over a year ago on his front tooth (I can’t tell you which dentist, since it’s always a different dentist). Last week the filling fell out while he was sleeping (no fault of his). I called the office to get the filling fixed and they got him in the next day. They said it was covered and then prior to my son leaving they charged him because they only warranty their work for 1 yr. The “new” filling is completely unacceptable work- the color doesn’t match and the texture is awful. I called to get it fixed and they told me 5 months before they can see him to fix it.
* Update- they worked him in and got it fixed correctly within a week of my call.

This was the worst dental practice in Daytona. I would recommend you getting a second opinion for any procedures you have with them and have another dentist look at your scans. The dentists at this practice missed my tumor and when you ask for them to review your scans you never recieve a phone call back. They also missed something on my brother’s X-RAYS about a year back and he had to have an expensive surgery because the dentists here could not do their job all these years. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE.

I was very happy with the service I received yesterday the 30th of July initially I went in for them to look at an infection and the dentist decided that I needed to have the tooth pulled immediately everybody was very professional everybody was very friendly very helpful they explained what they were going to do I didn’t even feel him pull the tooth out I’m very happy I will definitely be going back for more dental work in the future
