I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I received at Coosaw dental. For starters, I haven’t been to the dentist in a while bc of very bad experiences. When I called in I spoke with Sarah and she was able to get me an appointment quickly. She helped me through the paperwork and handled all of my insurance questions. When I got in the back with Kimberly I was pleasantly surprised. I explained to her my past experiences with dental offices. She sympathized with me and made sure to make me feel extremely comfortable and at ease by explaining everything as she went along. Dr. Pare was absolutely amazing! In one word I would describe my visit as AWESOME! I never write reviews but I had to make this exception! I will be returning!

I used to love this clinic, but will not go there again. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, however, they asked me to text them a photo of the tooth so they could see if it was something they could even handle in their office (an extraction) they then called and asked me if I could come in hours earlier. I purposely scheduled my visit on a long weekend so I would have a couple of days to recover, but if I take all day tomorrow off I don’t get my vacation pay. I let them know and they then asked me if I could just come in next Tuesday then… I said no that I can’t take off work… I canceled the appointment and will go to another clinic that my co-worker has recommended.

I’m so happy I was referred to Coosaw Dental from a close family friend. Such a convenient location and friendly staff. The waiting room and patient rooms were comfortable and very clean. The essential oil diffusers they had throughout were an extra bonus. I can imagine it could help ease the stress and anxiety for those who are not fond of the dentist.
Crystal was awesome and very thorough with my cleaning. After discussing my dental plan with Dr. Pare, I knew I was in great hands.
