This has been my dental clinic since I was around 4 years old! Dr. Chedraoui is the most gentle and kind and knowledgeable dentist, and I am forever thankful for his humor and patience with me as a child, and his continuation of this even now as an adult!!

I also recently had my two bottom wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Buffy and a very kind dental assistant (she has dark brown hair?? I wish I could remember her name!!). Although I was a bit nervous, they were so informative and reassuring the whole time. The procedure went by so quickly! It felt like the anaesthesia kicking in took much longer than the teeth being removed! I called back the clinic later in the day for some more advice over pain post-op and they were quick to give me advice and help me even over the phone. I can’t complain at all about this experience (although I admit I’ve experienced better things in life than having teeth removed). Dr. Buffy and the kind dental assistant made what could have been a very painful and scary experience into an efficient and calm procedure.

I would not recommend this dentist for a child with anxiety. We told them ahead of time that my daughter was terrified of dental work but due to medical history is not a good candidate for sedation. The dentist was rude to my daughter throughout and once she had her mouth frozen, refused to do the work. She wouldn’t listen to my daughter unless she spoke in a loud clear voice (as opposed to speaking quietly to her dad and him relayingthe message) which is almost impossible for my daughter when she’s anxious. We have never had this issue with our regular dentist – not at all good with children or people with anxiety

I needed a dental appointment semi urgently and my own regular dentist was closed all over the long weekend. I happened upon this clinic by chance by searching for dentists open on Sundays. I arrived at the clinic guarded ready to politely decline scripted requests for x rays and other expensive tests.

I’m pleased to say, I had such a pleasant experience. No cookie cutter approach. I met a pleasant receptionist and a dental hygienist prior to Dr Behan coming in, she was keen to listen to my actual concerns and addressed them promptly without leaving me heftily out of pocket.

Would definitely return here.
