Unfortunately I had to leave a star…zero stars!!!!
Never in my life have I been to an emergency appointment or any dentist for that matter to get snapped at by the dentist guy (Thomas M whatever his name is) he snapped at my mom for asking a concerning question for my tooth pain… brought my mom with cause I get anxiety and sure enough this is why I bring someone along..never fails for a terrible experience at the dentist. Sucks.
I’m disgusted. This place really tops all the worst dentist and just proves that every dentist is alike but I have never witnessed a dentist guy snap at patient and their family member and then judge and make them feel uncomfortable. WOW!
The whole staff is terrible to not friendly they fake and judgey as well and give dirty looks.
Except for front desk guy Francis, he was the only nice guy to me and my mom out of all staff !!! Thank you Francis for your kindness, hope your coworkers learn a skill or two from you.
I dont recommend this place to ANYONE.
Shame on this place and the staff. DO BETTER
They say they friendly?? I guess they pick and choose…hence the judging and mocking and dirty looks.
Worst feeling ever what I had to go through..
My treatment at Cottage Grove Smiles Dentistry was very great. I could easy make an appointment. And they were very nice when I had to reschedule due to work commitments. And made sure I could get in around my schedule. Dr Morien Took the time to make me feel comfortable as I was a little nervous about the treatment. He went over every detail and explained everything and if I need a break he took the time to give that to me. I would highly recommend this office as I plan to make it my regular dentist. And the office itself is very inviting and top of the line.10 out of 10
Highly recommend this office and Dr. Morien. Regrettably I hadn’t been to the dentist in many years and Dr Morien made me feel comfortable and helped to get me back on track with my dental needs. I usually get anxious about dental appointments but just had my second visit at this office (6months apart) and had the same great experience both times. Great staff all around from the time of scheduling, to being greeted when I arrive to the dental hygienist to the dentist.
