Dr. Cox did not listen to me regarding the source of my pain. He failed to offer or ask if I needed anything for pain. I still trusted him that the issue was a tooth that needed a filling due to recommendations i received prior. 3 days later I am still in pain.
His office’s only concern was to schedule a cleaning 2 days after filling before I’ve even healed up or had my main issue taken care of. No follow up was scheduled or offered either just the cleaning in a real sales pitchy approach. I felt like I was rushed through and no time was taken to figure the cause of my pain. I would not recommend this location for any serious issue. You will be utterly disappointed.
Dr Cox and all of the staff are absolutely incredible! I’ve had a lot of dental issues over the past 10 years and I’ve never had a dentist as great as Dr Cox! They are always accommodating for emergency appointments and Dr Cox was even available to send me a prescription for antibiotics when I woke up on a Saturday in serious pain with a scary abscess that swelled half of my face. He has a great personality which really puts you at ease during procedures and does excellent work. He’s corrected a lot of my bad dental work I had in England. I absolutely love this office and highly doubt I’ll ever go to another dentist!
Found a Dr. Cox about a year and a half ago. I could not have been happier to have met him and allowed him to serve my family and me.
Our previous dentist in a different state was an absolute magician with regard to dentistry. Our bar it was set very high would looking for a new dentist.
Dr. Cox has not let us down, is extremely professional, and talented. His staff is great to work with, children are welcome and well taken care of, and he’s not doing procedures just for fees.
I would recommend Dr. Cox to anyone looking for a new dentist, or simply looking for a better experience with regard to their dental care.
