Avoid at all costs! After a root canal here I have indicated multiple times doing the regular check-ups that I’m in pain. However, they only spotted the issue much later, once it was severe and told me I’ll need a costly (1kEUR min) treatment. I have raised a complaint in writing which they ignored. When raised my complaint in person I was told that their PREVIOUS dental hygienist was not qualified(!!) to check deep levels of your gum (of which they not inform you even when you complain of pain, nor do they recommend you to a specialist who could actually help you). They had a new dental hygenist who noticed the issue and I was promised they’d take care of my treatment and do their best to avoid extra costs. I had multiple appointments and although i would ask for one anesthesia, they would often invoice three. Now I’m at a different practice, and they told me that the tooth i was experiencing issues with is inflammed and the initial root canal at CQ dental has done was so bad, I lost my tooth! CQ dental’s negligence, lack of information and professionalism has caused me to spend thousands of euros, pain, and now even more trouble. Don’t waste your time or money here and do not risk your health. Don’t let yourself fooled by the overall good rating, most of it is meant for the previous practice operating here, which was handed down to this new incompetent team.

I wanted to change dentist and stumbled upon CQ dental. I was unhappy with my previous dentist because they kept cancelling apointments and it was a hastle.

I signed up, same day Berfin from the reception called to organise everything. She is to me, the face of CQ dental and makes it such a pleasant experience. She is positive and makes the service truly 5 stars. I had my half year check up and a month later the cleaning. When i arrived, Berfin told me they were able to organise me the cleaning anyway right after, so I did not have to come a month later. What a service! I am very happy with the team. The dentist was also friendly and professional.

After the practice was taken over I feel more comfortable here at the dentist and the team listens to my wishes

I was doubting to go somewhere else after the over take but I’m super happy with how the new team works, definitely staying here as a patient.
