I had a negative experience at this dentist office and would not recommend it. They did not make it clear that there would be a charge for a consult for cosmetic work, and then proceeded to bill my insurance company without my authorization. The office staff was rude and abrasive, and the office itself was not clean. If they can’t even keep the floors clean, how can I trust them to use “sterile” instruments on me during a medical procedure?

During my consult for cosmetic work, I was told I had to pay $500 for a wax mock up before I would be given pricing. Which was the entire reason for my visit. The dentist also wanted to do fillings on my teeth before assessing if I needed a crown or not, which makes absolutely no sense to me. It felt like they were trying to get me to pay twice for work to be done on the same teeth.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this dentist office and will not be returning. I highly recommend finding a different dentist who is more transparent, professional, and respectful of their patients.

If you have major dentist anxiety this is your place. I’m over the moon with gratitude for Craft Smiles. Emma my hygienist was so kind and patient with me, especially in the beginning of my appointment when I was the most anxious and crying like a baby. She even let me keep on the weighted vest and sunglasses because it helped me feel less anxious. Dr. Kashyap has the presence of a zen garden and immediately made me feel calmer. He is so easy to talk to and explains things clearly. I could tell they really tailor their communication to each person’s individual needs. I felt my comfort was a priority and I am so thankful for that. Also, I’m super impressed with their technology and treatment options. Leslie was very helpful too. Also, though I’m not someone who typically minds waiting, I really appreciate how I was constantly being seen. Often with dentists I feel like you spend a lot of time alone waiting. I was never left waiting or alone throughout the whole process which made me feel so much more comfortable.

I LOVE this place! I have had really stressful dentist experiences in the past, so when we moved to the area I asked a mom-group for recommendations. When Craft Smiles was suggested, they mentioned how they have a very in depth exam with questions, scans & pictures before they ever clean your teeth. I had concerns and I wanted to make sure that I found a dentist who would go slow and be intentional. This is 100% who these people are! They were caring, intentional, thorough and enjoyable to be around. They answered every question and you can tell they are experts.
Not to mention they have a corgi who hangs out in the office so if you needed anymore convincing, that should be enough.
Closing thoughts: Clean, and they’re hospitable and generous. (Fridge of drinks, and gave me a cute shirt ) 10/10 recommend.
