I didn’t like how I booked an appointment for a cavity/filler, got there and all the dentist did was an assessment and told me to book another appointment for the filling. I’ve never had this happen at my previous dentists, so I was surprised at the waste of time. I’d understand if it was a big job and you do it in multiple sessions but this was one tooth, small cavity. They also ask for a credit card to keep on file. Once the service was complete, I ran the full cost through my husband’s insurance and paid the rest out of pocket to claim on my health spending account. Months later, they sent me an email saying I had an outstanding balance and had charged my credit card. Why did they not charge me the full amount when I paid for the service in person? They didn’t apologize, just proceeded to remind me I was due for a cleaning. I decided to go back to my previous dentist in Calgary…
1. I am an existing customer and it wasn’t long since I visited them, however, they re-did X Ray and re-check; which I haven’t asked for, I wasn’t having any issue with my teeth just came for a cleaning and fluoride paste. Of course, have to pay for this extra service I haven’t asked for and didn’t need it.
2. For the cleaning service, they didn’t finish the cleaning, claiming that my allocated time is done and have to rebook another appointment to continue, for extra of course. They have wasted time re-doing the X-ray and exam I haven’t asked for.
Left with extra services paid for (not asked for it) and without finishing my cleaning service or doing the fluoride paste. Services are becoming less quality.

We are new living in AB and we’re lucky to find Creekside DC in Airdrie, where under the direction of Dr. Guzman a very friendly, diligent and professional staff ( Adrianna, Cecile and Dawn), they do all the arrangements for you with insurance and other important topics.
I was attended by Manpreet she was very competent and made sure that my procedure was a comfortable as possible and the result was excellent , all under the supervision of Dr. Guzman, also a really good thing it’s some members of the staff speak Spanish
