After 12 yrs of not going to the dentist due to a very bad experience, I reached the stage where I just had to go as a discoloured front tooth was stopping me from smiling. I was put at ease during my check up and then took a week off work to fit in all the treatment I needed. Just been for the first lot and not only was I handled with extreme care and made to feel I was in very safe and competent hands, I The offending tooth is normal colour again and I have not stopped smiling since I got up off the chair! For someone who would rather poke sticks in my eyes than go to a dentist all I can say is thank you so much. I will be telling everyone and anyone what a wonderful practise this is. And I will be back tomorrow for some more treatment, but, with a bigger smile than I had when I came in this morning.

I have been calling for a year now to try and get an appointment, unfortunately due to the shortage of dentists they were unable to give me any appointments. I then called in a lot of pain with a tooth and was told they had an emergency dentist 2 days a week and to call on those days to try and get an appointment, so I called on one of those days to then be told…. Sorry you’re no longer registered with us because you havnt been to us in 2 years! How can I come to you if you won’t give me an appointment!!!! Absolutely shocking! You would think the staff would make a note of anyone who has been trying to get an appointment but clearly that’s too much trouble.

Well I was so greatful I got a emergency appointment as I have 2 holes in my teeth and in so much pain to the point i was climbing walls ,I felt I was not listened to I explained the situation and gave the dentist xray etc from previous Dentist trying to talk me into having route canals where I made it clear I would like them out I was sat in that chair for ages waiting for them to get organised couldn’t work computer or the chair given anesthetic didn’t work felt pain now left with even more pain with chipped tooth and was ignored at reception awful 75 pound for that my god worst experience of my life
