I visited Crossroads clinic after a fractured molar that needed extraction. I have to admit, I was extremely anxious and scared about the whole process. But the entire team here was amazing. They made sure I felt comfortable and were really generous with all the information I needed before and after the surgery.
Dr. Sajida was my main consultant. She provided clear guidance and reassurance. During the surgery, Dr. Meghna showed remarkable patience and expertise, especially given that it was a stubborn tooth. Her assistant was incredibly kind, letting me squeeze her hand throughout the procedure to help ease my anxiety.
My recovery has gone real smooth. The team kept in touch with me regularly to check on my progress, which was really reassuring. On my follow up visit, Dr. Shams, who will be doing my implant, took the time to explain everything in detail. He made sure I understood the procedure and felt comfortable with it, which was really helpful.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Shams, Dr. Sajida, and Dr. Meghna were all fantastic. So definitely recommend this clinic for their exceptional care.
Crossroads has such amazing friendly and welcoming staff. Tresa was so helpful and provided a service with a smile made sure to help me with my insurance cover. The dentist fixed my upper bridge which had come out during the plane journey there. I popped in again the next day for a quick checkup which was arranged without any issues. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing dental care.
One of the best Dentist in town ., Clinic is well equipped to handle all complicated dental issues . They have a specialist in all areas and the team is Headed by Dr Shams who is the Director of the Clinic. Dr Shams personally met me and it was pleasure meeting a Dr with great knowledge and wonderful personality . Thank you Doctor
