My last experience was not very positive. I was an existing customer experiencing an emergency. I called for availability and pricing and was shocked that the rate was 2.5x the amount other dentists were quoting. When i asked why the price was so high, expecting to hear a legitimate reason such as to the process used, the materials, ect.. Instead she nastily replies, “If you don’t like our prices you can go somewhere else. ” Then she reminded me, that i always complain about their prices. And she was correct. She was rude, and unprofessional and I’ll never go there again nor ever recommend them again, but she was correct. I am always shocked by their prices.
