Reviews:
I was nervous and anxious going into my root canal appointment.. first off I had a horrible experience years ago..I was not numb and the doctor went to drilling… anyways, Dr Robinson was NOT this way.. he made sure I was good and numb before even putting any tool in my mouth.. he made sure I was comfortable and understood why I needed a root canal.. he took X-rays throughout the procedure and explained everything to me. My tooth was swollen and infected (even after 10 days of an antibiotic) so he wrote me a high dose Ibuprofen and and antibiotic to take if the swelling doesn’t go down in the next couple days.. I’ve never had a smoother procedure done. Thankful for Dr.Robinson and staff doing my root canal.. hopefully I won’t have to be back but if I do I know what to expect. Thankful for good doctors who love their jobs and it definitely shows in his office!
The Staff was incompetent and insinuated my boyfriend and I were destitute because we didn’t want to pay nearly $1000 out of pocket for a root canal. They lied about calling multiple times and leaving messages to ask about our insurance. They called once the day of the appt. no message left. The tech was also rude to my boyfriend. They were still able to weasel $115 out of us for my boyfriend having a consultation and X-ray done, the same thing he had done at our dentist. Why did they not have his info from our dentist on file, I have no idea. The office is extremely disorganized and needs better staff.
I was able to call Price Denton endo in Decatur and they were able to locate his information on my insurance and he had the procedure done for 3/4 the price. I DON’T recommend cullman endo at all.
I just called to see if I could come in to have a tooth looked at that broke. I had a root canal with them a couple months back and that tooth was the one that broke. I am in a lot pain. I called to ask if they could look have it or whatever. The woman went in to making me feel guilty for not having the cavity part fixed 6 weeks after the procedure. Well, I lost my job due to Covid. I haven’t had insurance. I don’t appreciate her trying to make me feel guilty. If I had the money or insurance it would be done. I live in Huntsville and was will to drive all the way to Cullmam if there was a chance they could make the pain stop! Attempting to make a patient feel guilty because they lost their job of no fault of their own and hasn’t had the money is unacceptable!!! Shameful!
