Several other dental offices in the area are accepting new patients. I received their contact information through my insurance company as in-network providers. Ms. Taylor informed me that their system was down and promised to call me back the next day. When I followed up, she stated that the system was still down. After contacting my insurance company three times to confirm, I found this level of service to be unsatisfactory. Effective customer service should not rely on the excuse of other customers being present, as addressing customer needs is a fundamental part of the job.

I had a horrible tooth ache and couldn’t find a dentist to see me quickly. I called and they got me in that same day and put me on antibiotics. My pain went away quickly and they fixed my tooth within a two week window. I was also 36 weeks pregnant and they walked me through how to get a clearance from my OBGYN. Mr. V did a great job on my crown. I was so thankful for their quickness and how well they took care of me. I’m not going anywhere else from now on. Thank you!

Worst experience the office is neat but always there are other internships or weird watch u and make u feel uncomfortable. I used to go there and there are always new people Everytime when we go and wait is long and busy busy office. They don’t have 2 Doctors and Ms. Taylor is rude and I guess too much of gossip also there are new people who takes lot of time in you. Never goes back again
