I cannot say enough about how awesome my experience was in-office as well as before I entered into the office. I had the worst tooth pain and I was able to call and get an appointment the same day. The receptionist got all of my insurance info before I arrived so all I needed to do was complete a very short and easy new patient paperwork. The dental assistant was very much kind, patient, soothing, and made the experience that much better and came off as more of a friend than an assistant. Doctor Christi Weaver Shepard came in to examine me and my experience with her was nothing short of the same. She was honest and I left trusting the dental plan she set before me. I look forward to going back and hope the same for anyone looking for a stellar dental practice!

I began the process of getting a crown, today. Dr. Shepard did her thing and “Z” crafted a temporary crown, which I left with.

I have had a few crowns during my life and this was my best experience so far. Both Dr. Shepard and Z were so courteous. Every couple of minutes during the procedure they would ask how I was doing and did I need a break. I felt like they were truly concerned with me being as comfortable as possible.

Z’s temporary crown fit well. Once Dr. Shepard got it installed step one was complete. I felt fine and am looking forward to getting the permanent crown. This was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Shepard and her staff are exceptionally kind. I started visiting her office for dental care after an oral hygienist at another clinic was extremely rude and patronizing towards me. At Dr. Shepherd’s office, they have greatly helped to improve my oral hygiene, without ever making me feel guilty for the state that my mouth was in when I came to them. If you want a caring atmosphere as well as exceptional dentistry, this is the right clinic!
