I had a horrible experience with this dental office. First of all, the oral hygenist smelled awful, I believe that it was halitosis, but I hope that the oder was coming from elsewhere. The girls in the office did not give me important information regarding my appointment prior to my visit, which almost caused me to reschedule and waste a vacation day from work. The following week during my business trip, the dentist contacted me to give me false medical advice. Since I was out of town, the dentist suggested that I use tweezers to remove a post surgery material from my mouth and prescribed me more unnecessary antibiotics. Hours, blood, and pain later, I called the dentist because I could not remove what he said was in my mouth. He sounded disoriented and apparently confused me with another patient. The next day the dentist calls to confirm that I never needed to remove anything, but never apologized. The girls at the front desk do not do there jobs well. They should answer the phone more consistently. They should listen better to understand what is needed from the patient before responding or assuming. When they say that they will follow up with a patient, it would be nice if they would actually follow up with the patient. I only visited this dentist once because my regular dentist would not perform the surgery, but once was enough for me.

Dr. Cha is amazing. I’ve been going to him for many years. My mom was in town and needed an emergency dental procedure. He squeezed her in, and the work he did was outstanding. My brother, sister in law, fiance, and good friend have been his patients for years. Highly recommend.

The entire team here is fantastic. Dr. Cha does his own cleanings if he hasn’t checked on your teeth recently. The hygienists and office staff are extremely helpful and accommodating, asking about my work hours and minimizing wait time. Can’t recommend them enough.
