Reviews:
Absolutely terrible experience with a practice.
I had my filling done by “dentist” Almutaz (Taz) Khair, I never had such a bad filling in my life… What is the worse that when I challenged Taz and asked how it is possible to do filling in 3 minutes, he told me that “quick doesn’t mean bad”…
Short story:
I needed filling in my front tooth because old one (around 18 years old) fell out. So Taz said no problem I can fix it. He didn’t clean cavity, no drilling, no polishing, not trying to shape the filling so it would look like natural teeth… he pushed the filling like a kids “play dough” with his fingers in the cavity and it is DONE!!! It is so simple to be a dentist! They charge me PS75 + claiming money from NHS… for what? 3 minutes appointment and absolutely negligence, instead of charging they should compensating the clients…and what is most important stop wasting people time… if they would tell me that he doesn’t know how to do filling I would just go to private.
Filling didn’t last even 1 month and it fell out. (Just proof that it never been filled correctly, even Taz confirmed that he is doing this job for many years and he knows how to do his job).

After my appointment I complained to a practice manager… now one month gone, I have sent another 2 emails to follow up, but never received any response…

Please see the photo after “dentist” Taz done his “best” filling.

Hopefully this review will help other people to see what they can expect from the treatments this practice offer.

Got to say that I’m very pleased with the care and treatment here. Got registered a month ago and after 2 pregnancies, covid and no dentists taking on I knew I needed work. They have fit me in, one extraction and then couple fillings the next day and between the two teams so attentive and caring, really took care over it all. What’s more after a private dentists trying to say I need 6 fillings (never had any until today) these guys on the first check said no, just three and the extraction.

Our children have been with the short leg branch for 18 months and again the service there has also been brilliant, so good with the children and mindful of any fears they may have

The surgery itself is very nice and clean. Receptionists, dentists and other staff all seem very competent and professional.

However, I was left waiting for 45 minutes before I was finally called in. The appointment was at 10:15, so it’s not like they had a chance to get really backed up. I spoke to the receptionist about it and to her the delay seemed like the most normal thing in the world.

I haven’t got time to spend over an hour at the dentist for a 10 minute routine check up. They were very poor in this regard, hence the 2 stars.
