A gentleman who is no longer employed here verbally told me that they would give me the insured price for a root canal/crown, so I agreed and paid around $515 in 2023.
Now that he is fired, the office is calling me and saying that I owe them $1000 still despite me having explained that Humana was not covering me and I wouldn’t have new insurance until January with Cigna. I would have never agreed to have the service done before the new insurance was active if that were the case.
If they send it to collections, I will be disputing. Terrible business practice. It is a shame because Dr Ferraro himself is a nice guy and did great work, but there is a disconnect in the communication somewhere.
GREAT DENTIST! Honest, caring, cares about you and your dental health. Also is not as expensive as some dentists and won’t try to encourage you to do procedures that could wait. I would give Dr. Ferraro 10 starts if I could. I have seen him for over 10 years, all my children see him, my husband, mother – in – law, and father as well.
I am not a fan of any dental work (still scarred from braces in the 90s). But Dr.Ferraros office was great! Short wait time, accommodating office staff and a quick yet thorough hygienist. Doctor Ferraro himself was friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend!
