After struggling to get a NHS dentist for four years, Daventry Dental Surgery came to my saviour. They fitted me in quickly, and on my second visit for a tooth extraction I was treated with such excellent care, both the nurse Annabelle the dentist Jyothi were fantastic and also the manager Claudette was amazing. I went into shock and needed extra care they looked after me and reassured me until I was ready to leave. The manager even called me later that day to check everything was still ok. Can’t thank them enough!
I had an appointment for my daughter and was 3 minutes late , but we had to wait for a woman in front checking her diary for 6 months time ?

The guy with the silly haircut said I will have to check with the dentist as we are late even though I said about above. I heard the dentist say it should be fine and he said I will rebook it do not worry. He needs a lesson in customer servive and satisfaction or even better get another job.

Terrific dentist practice. Jothie is very professional and friendly and made me feel relax. Tasmin is great at explaining everything and a lovely personality . The reception staff are great and very welcoming. Great service ,with just one exception, the time delay in the process of getting dentures was too long. This process could be improved.
