I used to visit this office for years. Staff was always friendly. But recently am having a horrible experience. The office is telling me I missed two appointments (which i never scheduled) and is now trying charge me $80 for missing them. I tried to explain I never scheduled anything and tried to make things right by them. Office is threatening to send me to collections over $80 for a computer mistake on their part. I am switching dentists over this.
Stay away unless you want to be scheduled for appointments without your knowing it and charged money for them.
Dr. Anderson and his team are miracle workers. I have been going to him for years and decided it was time for a new front tooth crown. Dr. Anderson did not settle until the crown was 100% perfect. Being a front tooth I was extra particular. He and his team did not settle for just “ok.” They are experts and so professional. You can’t tell which tooth is the crown. Thank you Dr. Anderson and team for understanding how important this was to me. My smile is amazing!
Worst experience in 54 yrs. Receptionist is possibly the rudest and condescending individual at this position. If you don’t mind pain…. more novacain is no problem. The staff used to tolerable, but no longer. As I appreciate them for seeing me through the VA community care process.. hard pass on another visit. I’ll fill you in on lots more details and examples when I gather them. Left the office fuming today.
